Authenticity Guarantee

At The Arieli Collection, authenticity is the foundation of everything we do. Every watch we offer is carefully inspected and verified for authenticity before being listed for sale. We stand behind the authenticity of every timepiece 100%.

While counterfeit watches have become increasingly sophisticated over the years, our goal is simple: every watch delivered to our clients should be exactly what it is represented to be.

If you ever receive a watch from us that you believe may not be authentic, please contact us immediately so we can review the situation together.

Independent Verification

If authenticity concerns arise, we may request that the watch be inspected by a qualified professional watchmaker or service center. An inspection report from a reputable watchmaker helps ensure that any concerns are evaluated objectively and fairly.

Buyers have three (3) days from delivery to raise authenticity concerns and provide documentation from a professional inspection.

Resolution Process

If a professional inspection determines that the watch is not authentic, we will work quickly to resolve the situation.

Once the inspection report has been reviewed and verified, we will provide a return shipping label so the watch may be sent back to us for further evaluation.

After the watch is received and inspected to confirm it is in the same condition as when it was originally shipped, a full refund will be issued.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund under the authenticity guarantee, the watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally shipped.

If we determine that the watch has been altered, tampered with, or had components swapped (including but not limited to the movement, case, dial, or bracelet), we reserve the right to decline the refund and return the item to the buyer.

Marketplace Authentication Programs

Many of the watches we sell through third-party marketplaces are also covered by the authentication programs offered by those platforms.

For example, eBay purchases above $2,000 are automatically routed through their Authenticity Guarantee program, where the watch is inspected by professional authenticators before being delivered to the buyer.

These programs provide an additional layer of protection and verification for both buyers and sellers.
