Shipping policy

Domestic shipments within the United States are typically sent via overnight courier and are fully insured. Orders for which cleared payment is received before 3:00 PM Central Time can often be shipped the same business day.

Our primary shipping partner is FedEx, though we are also configured to ship with UPS and DHL when appropriate for the destination.


Insurance Coverage

All shipments are fully insured based on the capabilities of our insurance providers and the destination country.

For domestic shipments within the United States, our overnight insurance coverage currently extends up to $150,000 per shipment.

For international shipments, insurance availability varies significantly by country. Some destinations may have much lower coverage limits. For example, certain countries may only support insurance coverage of a few thousand dollars. If the available coverage does not fully insure the value of the watch, we may be unable to complete the shipment.

International shipping requests are therefore reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the destination and available insurance coverage.


Shipping Methods & Delivery

We strongly recommend delivery to a local FedEx Ship Center for secure pickup, where identification and signature verification are required.

Depending on the shipment value and destination, we may also ship to:

• Verified business addresses (fully insured)
• Residential addresses for shipments up to $25,000

In certain situations, shipping may be arranged via two-day delivery instead of overnight, depending on the specifics of the transaction. Any deviation from overnight service will always be discussed and approved with the buyer prior to shipment.

We do not ship via USPS.


Marketplace Authentication Shipping

For purchases made through certain third-party marketplaces, orders may first be sent to the platform’s authentication service before being delivered to the buyer.

For example:

eBay – Orders valued above $2,000 are automatically routed through eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee program. In these cases, the watch is shipped overnight to eBay’s authentication facility for inspection before being forwarded to the buyer.

Chrono24 – Buyers may choose Chrono24’s optional authentication service during checkout. When selected, the watch will be shipped to Chrono24’s authentication partner for verification prior to final delivery.

When authentication services are used, we ship the watch overnight to the designated authentication center, where the platform performs its inspection before completing delivery to the buyer.

Once the watch has been successfully delivered to the marketplace’s authentication facility, the shipment is considered fulfilled on our end. The authentication provider and marketplace then assume responsibility for the inspection process and final shipment to the buyer. Any shipping or delivery matters occurring after the watch leaves the authentication facility must be handled directly with the marketplace. We are always happy to assist with communication if needed.


Packing & Shipment Documentation

To ensure full transparency and protect both buyer and seller, the entire packing process is recorded on video. This documentation confirms the watch’s condition, operation, and secure packaging prior to shipment.

Upon request, we are happy to provide access to these recordings. At minimum, buyers will receive photos of the sealed shipping box at the drop off site and the courier drop-off receipt.

We also recommend that buyers record the unboxing process upon delivery for their own documentation.


International Duties & Customs

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their local government.

We will never under-declare or misrepresent the value of a shipment for customs purposes.


Sales Tax

Buyers located in jurisdictions where we maintain a sales tax nexus may be required to pay applicable sales tax. Currently, this applies to Texas, where sales tax is automatically calculated during checkout.


Local Pickup & Delivery

To ensure a secure and seamless experience, most watches—particularly those valued above 5,000—require full payment to be completed and cleared prior to any in-person meeting or delivery.

Once payment is confirmed, we are happy to coordinate a local pickup or delivery at a mutually agreed upon time and location.

Pickup Options:

  • Business Hours: Scheduled pickup at our registered office.
  • After Hours / Weekends: By appointment at a safe, public setting such as a café or local event.

For watches below 5,000, alternative arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

We take pride in offering a professional, discreet, and secure transaction process. If you have any questions or specific preferences, feel free to reach out prior to purchase.


In-Person Viewings

As an online-based dealer without a traditional retail showroom, we generally do not offer in-person viewings prior to purchase.

That said, we understand the importance of confidence when acquiring a timepiece. We’re always happy to provide detailed photos, videos, and even schedule a live video call to walk you through the watch and answer any questions.

For clients who would like to experience a model in person before committing, we often recommend visiting a local authorized dealer or jeweler to try on the same or similar reference.

Once a purchase is completed, we are happy to coordinate a local pickup or delivery as outlined above. As relationships develop over time, we’re also able to offer more personalized, appointment-based experiences.
