Buying & Payment
We accept wire transfer and Zelle with no additional processing fees. Credit card payments may be available for approved buyers with a processing fee. We also accept cryptocurrency via KettlePay and escrow options when appropriate. Marketplace purchases through Chrono24 or eBay may offer additional payment and financing options depending on buyer eligibility.
Our pricing reflects current market conditions as well as the level of service we provide before, during, and after the sale. Every watch we offer is carefully inspected, accurately represented, and backed by our reputation and support. While prices may occasionally be negotiable, many collectors find value in the transparency, security, and service that comes with purchasing from a trusted dealer.
Financing may be available through certain marketplaces such as Chrono24 or eBay depending on your account eligibility. We are happy to discuss payment options and help guide you toward the best purchasing method.
Absolutely. We encourage collectors to reach out before making a purchase if they have questions about a watch, the buying process, or payment options. We’re always happy to provide additional photos, videos, or details to ensure you feel confident in your decision.
As an online-based dealer without a traditional retail showroom, we generally do not offer in-person viewings prior to purchase.
To help you make a confident decision, we’re happy to provide detailed photos, videos, and can schedule a live video call to walk you through the watch and answer any questions.
If you’d like to try on a specific model beforehand, we recommend visiting a local authorized dealer or jeweler to experience the fit and feel in person.
Once purchased, local pickup or delivery can be arranged. As relationships develop over time, we’re also able to offer more personalized, appointment-based experiences.
Shipping & Delivery
Most watches ship the same business day once payment clears. Orders within the United States are typically sent via fully insured overnight delivery.
If the purchase is made through a marketplace such as eBay or Chrono24, the watch will first be shipped to their authentication facility before being forwarded to the buyer. Delivery timing in those cases is determined by the marketplace’s authentication process.
All watches are shipped fully insured. In the rare event that a package is lost or stolen in transit, you are protected through the shipping insurance policy. Our packing process is documented to confirm the watch was packaged properly and in the correct condition before shipment.
For security and insurance purposes, many shipments are held for pickup at a local FedEx location with identification and signature required. If you prefer home delivery, we can review alternative shipping arrangements depending on the carrier and insurance requirements.
Yes. For local clients, we’re happy to coordinate pickup or delivery once payment has been completed and cleared.
For security and insurance purposes, most watches—particularly those valued above 5,000—require payment prior to any in-person meeting.
Pickup Options:
- Business Hours: Pickup at our registered office by appointment
- After Hours / Weekends: Meeting at a safe, public location such as a café or local event
For watches below 5,000, alternative arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
For security, insurance, and scheduling reasons, we require payment to be completed and cleared prior to any in-person meeting for delivery.
As a private dealer without a traditional retail storefront, this approach allows us to maintain a controlled and secure transaction process while ensuring serious inquiries are prioritized.
Once payment is confirmed, we’re happy to coordinate a convenient time and location for pickup or delivery, along with providing any additional photos, videos, or live video calls beforehand to ensure full confidence in your purchase.
We offer a 24 hour return window from the time of delivery for peace of mind.
If a return is requested within this period:
- All shipping costs (original and return) are the buyer’s responsibility
- Credit card processing and/or crypto fees are non-refundable
- A restocking fee may apply depending on the piece
Our goal is to make the process fair while protecting against unnecessary handling of high value inventory.
After 24-hours, the piece would be accepted back as a trade in or purchase, and value adjusted accordingly.
Inventory & Sourcing
Yes. If a watch you’re interested in has sold, we may still be able to source another example through our dealer network and collector contacts. Feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to assist.
Absolutely. Our Find Your Legacy sourcing program allows collectors to request specific models. Once we understand what you’re looking for, we can leverage our network to locate the right piece while handling the legwork for you.
Authenticity & Condition
Yes. Every watch we offer is carefully inspected and verified before being listed for sale. Many watches are also authenticated through marketplace programs such as eBay Authenticity Guarantee or Chrono24’s verification process. We stand behind the authenticity of every timepiece we sell.
Set contents vary depending on the individual watch. Listings will clearly indicate whether the original box, warranty card, and accessories are included. If you have any questions about what is included with a specific piece, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
We aim to represent every watch as accurately and transparently as possible. Listings include detailed descriptions and high-resolution photographs showing the actual watch for sale. If you would like additional photos or videos before purchasing, we are happy to provide them.
Taxes & Fees
Sales completed within the state of Texas are subject to applicable sales tax. Purchases made through marketplaces such as Chrono24 or eBay may automatically include tax depending on the buyer’s location, as those platforms are responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes.
Wire transfers and Zelle payments typically do not incur additional processing fees from us. Credit card payments would add 3.5 to 4.5 % processing fee depending on the payment provider. Escrow services may involve additional fees depending on the service used. Crypto payments will incur a 1% processing fee. Shipping is typically included within the United States unless otherwise specified.
In-Person Purchases
In-person transactions may be possible at our Fort Worth office by appointment. For security purposes, we require some additional verification before scheduling in-person meetings. Please contact us to discuss availability.
