Pre-Owned Timepieces
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, watches offered for sale may be previously owned and may not include the original manufacturer warranty.

Find Your Legacy Watch Finder Program
By engaging this service, you agree to the following:
- Service Deposit: To begin a search, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 or 5% of the estimated purchase price (whichever is greater) is required.
- The 90-Day Guarantee: This deposit is refundable only if The Arieli Collection is unable to source a timepiece meeting your agreed-upon criteria within 90 days.
- Commitment to Purchase: If we successfully source a watch that meets your specified criteria and you choose not to proceed with the purchase for any reason, the deposit remains non-refundable.
- Authentication: All watches sourced through this program undergo the same rigorous authentication and performance checks as our in-stock inventory.
Limited In-House Warranty
The Arieli Collection provides a 12-month limited mechanical warranty on most timepieces that are no longer covered by their original manufacturer warranty.
- Coverage: This warranty covers the cost of repairs if your timepiece stops working properly under normal wear. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the watch to our authorized watchmaker for assessment and repair.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, abuse, purposeful damage, or unauthorized third-party repairs.
- Eligibility: Watches eligible for this warranty will be clearly noted in the product listing. If a watch is still under factory warranty, we recommend servicing it through the manufacturer’s authorized repair facility.
