Before considering a potential return, please reach out to us so we can make it right.
Buyers may request a return directly with The Arieli Collection within 24 hours of confirmed receipt of the watch.
If a buyer wishes to return the watch after 24 hours from receipt, the watch may be considered as a trade in or direct purchase. In those cases, the watch may or may not receive the original purchase price, and a restocking fee up to 10% may apply depending on the specific watch and transaction.
To qualify for the full approved refund or trade in credit amount, all contents must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent. If there is additional damage, missing contents, evidence that the watch or any original components were swapped, or suspected fraud of any kind, The Arieli Collection reserves the right to refuse the return or adjust the refund or trade in credit accordingly.
For purchases completed through eBay or other third-party marketplaces, applicable platform policies and collected taxes may also apply.
Return Process
We offer a 24-hour return window from the time of confirmed delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received and include all original contents.
In the event of a return:
- All shipping costs, including original and return shipping, will be deducted from the refund
- Credit card processing and crypto fees are non-refundable
- A restocking fee may be applied at our discretion depending on the specific piece and circumstances of the transaction
Once a return has been approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with specific shipping instructions. The provided label must be used, and the instructions must be followed exactly to ensure the shipment remains properly insured. Failure to follow these instructions may void shipping insurance and may result in the return being declined.
After the returned watch is received, it will be carefully inspected to confirm that it matches the original shipment and that the watch and all included contents are in the same condition in which they were sent.
Once the inspection has been completed and approved, the refund will be issued within 7 days. Refunds will be sent using the original payment method whenever possible.
Authenticity & Condition
All timepieces offered by The Arieli Collection are guaranteed to be authentic. Many watches sold through our platform are pre-owned and may show normal signs of wear consistent with careful use.
Product descriptions and photographs are intended to represent the watch as accurately as possible. Buyers are encouraged to review all listing details and request additional information prior to purchase if needed.
Inspection Period
Buyers are encouraged to inspect the watch immediately upon delivery. Any concerns regarding condition or functionality should be reported within the return window outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Third-Party Marketplaces
Some watches offered by The Arieli Collection may also be listed or sold through third-party marketplaces such as eBay, Chrono24, or other platforms. Purchases completed through those platforms may be subject to the policies, authentication programs, or dispute procedures of the respective marketplace.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between the buyer and The Arieli Collection regarding purchases made through this website.
